Asset Lifecycle Management
Our Asset Lifecycle Management Services are designed to optimize your asset utilization, minimize costs, and ensure compliance.
ASSET DELIVERY TO HOLDING AND STAGING FACILITIES
- Receive new assets or previously deployed ones at the nearest facility.
- Process assets by logging them in, validating their condition, adding them to the ITAM system (client’s or ours), tagging them, and addressing any damage.
- Handle previously deployed assets by storing them for potential future use, wiping and certifying them, and considering options such as donation, sale, or proper destruction.
- Maintain inventory of all assets to be deployed and track them using the ITAM system.
ASSET STAGING/CONFIGURATION
- Receive asset orders through the ITSM ticketing system or other order processes for configuration and release.
- Align refurbished or new assets with user profiles and client specifications.
- Configure assets according to client operating procedures, such as zero-touch, enroll only, or shipping as-is.
- Conduct testing processes to meet various configuration requirements before packaging assets for shipment.
SEND/INSTALL AT LOCATION
- Ship assets to designated sites or residential addresses.
- Receive assets at the site, either by on-site resources or dispatched field services.
- Field resources can remove, install, and validate assets, ensuring proper user operations.
- For replaced assets (not newly added users), field services will remove the device and ship it to a staging facility for processing.
